During your individualized consultation, you and Dr. Gonyon will discuss the various procedures that can rejuvenate the body areas you would like to restore.

Am I a good candidate for a mommy makeover?

If you have been working hard to restore the pre-pregnancy appearance of your body but cannot quite get the final results you want with diet and exercise, then you are probably a good candidate for a mommy makeover. A mommy makeover can help you get your confidence back after the physical changes caused by pregnancy.

What can a mommy makeover do for my body?

Sagging breasts, stretched skin, and excess fat can all be addressed in a mommy makeover. Pregnancy can cause a number of physical changes you may not be happy with, and your makeover is designed to rejuvenate your areas of concern.

When is the right time in my life for this makeover?

A mommy makeover is ideal for women who do not plan to have any more children. That way your results will be long lasting. You can get a mommy makeover at any time, but another pregnancy may alter your results.

Will I still be able to breastfeed?

Many women are concerned about whether they will be able to breastfeed after breast surgery. In the majority of cases, yes, women who have received breast augmentation or other procedures are still able to breastfeed. Dr. Gonyon will be happy to discuss this concern and any others concerns you have during your consultation.

How long will the recovery be?

After your makeover you will need to take some time off from work, certain types of exercise and certain social activities. The length of your downtime depends on which procedures you choose to include in your mommy makeover and how much time you feel like you need to rest and heal. Generally, you may need to plan for about 1 to 2 weeks of downtime.
